If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I will start with the negative first. Upon arrival (which was pretty quick) I was happy with the quality of the bottles but after about an hour of going nuts because I couldn’t figure out how to get the tips to fit inside the bottle I did a search on google and basically figured out I had probably been sent the wrong size tips.
This is where is all goes very positive, I contacted their customer services on facebook to which they replied immediately (bit plus straight away), they asked for some photo’s which which I then supplied and then after small amount of too and fro they sent me some replacements out which fit perfectly. In a nutshell mistakes happen but most importantly they fixed the issue and its the best customer experience I have had with a company for many years.
